Shipping methods

All products are shipped by air as registered mail, via the Hellenic Postal Service (ELTA) for delivery at your door.

Delivery times

Delivery time is 3-7 business days on average. European customers usually receive their order 3 days after their shipment.
Tip: Best day to order is Monday.

Shipping, handling and packaging cost

There are no hidden packaging or handling fees. The shipping fee is stated clearly before your order is placed.

Order tracking

After your order is sent, you will receive an "item ID" for each package that is part of your order. You can use these identifiers to track your order by going to http://english.elta.gr/personal.asp and then selecting On-line Tools -> Track & Trace on the right side of the web page. Unfortunatelly, in some countries the national postal service does not integrate into their tracking systems these "item IDs", in which case you will only be able to track your order within the borders of Greece.

Customs

Since your order is sent as registered mail, normally it doesn't go through customs clearance. Nevertheless, if any complication should occur or any extra charge should be added by the customs service, it's the recipient of the order, not us, that will be responsible for.
